This website is directed towards teens, parents, and teachers with a focus on mental health literacy and education. Their belief is that by providing every person with adequate education on mental wellness, we can live healthier lives as human beings.

Heads UP Guys is devoted to educating men in mental wellness, as well as providing resources for those who are struggling. 

Depression can be more frequent in men as Society has trained them to hide and neglect their emotional struggles. Heads UP Guys works to break this cycle.
